PROBLEM-REACTION-SOLUTION
America used those little punch card voting machines for over 200 years. Never questioned until the Florida 2000 election. The cards are always there for a recount. Even with them there are fraud attempts. Seems more and more "electronic voting machines" replacing punch card machines. How soon will the government replace all the punch card machines. They will then have access to complete control from ONE central machine. Like the Federal Reserve, a law will slip past congresss and the American people for a "private (independent) secret counting agency" Lets call it the "Federal National Election Agency" Not that such an agency would, but they could set the winner to win by any percentages they deemed convincing - Just like a Vegas slot machine! and the Federal Reserve
